Quite a few people have been getting cramps during practice lately. If you have been cramping up, make sure you stay well hydrated and get plenty of potassium and sodium. Eat a banana each day, and throw an extra shake of salt on your food. If you’re looking for something to snack on, find something salty like pretzels, chex mix, or salted peanuts.

Like yesterday morning’s practice, tonight’s practice will be about 40 minutes of intense workout followed by 20 minutes of butterfly work. Check out the video posted yesterday for an idea of how to better your butterfly stroke!

Remember, it’s all in the hips.
